one-on-one Lessons

Book half hour and 45-minute sessions for private vocal instruction. Taking lessons weekly is highly recommended as it is the fastest approach to vocal improvement and development, however lessons can also be scheduled every other week or sporadically depending on student’s needs. For regular students, a flat monthly subscription rate is used. Details about the lesson subscriptions can be viewed on the Scheduling Page.

ONLINE Lessons

If you aren't able to make it into the studio, you can receive personalized one-on-one training from the comfort of your own home (or wherever you may be). With a high speed internet connection and headphones, you can have great sound quality for your video lesson. Download Zoom to your personal device (phone, iPad, computer etc), and join the meeting at our scheduled lesson time. Meeting ID and Password information can be found in your lesson confirmation or lesson reminder email.

Scroll down the page or visit the Contact Page for details about how to make your lesson on Zoom a successful.

When you’re friend schedules their first lesson with me, have them make a note in their registration or have them tell me they were referred by you!

ONLINE LESSONS

Here's what you need to do to get started:

1. Download the Zoom application to your personal device before your lesson begins (the free version of Zoom for computers HERE). Using a computer, rather than a phone or tablet, is optimal for adjusting sound quality and lesson recording availability.

2. Click on the URL in your lesson confirmation or lesson reminder email to access Zoom Meeting ID and Password information for your scheduled lesson time.

3. Join the meeting at your lesson time.

You'll need these items for successful lessons via Zoom:

  • A high-speed internet connection

  • A webcam with audio and video enabled

  • I highly recommend recording your Zoom lesson to review and practice with following our lesson. Recording can be enabled once the Zoom lesson has begun (on a computer but is not available on a phone or tablet).

  • You will also need to adjust your Zoom Audio Settings to enable “Original Sound”or set your “Suppress Background Noise” to low for improved sound quality.

  • A pair of headphones is optional but can be helpful.
